How to get over Anxious thinking!










Ever wonder how to get over anxious thinking? It is easy just write down all the thoughts you have been having that are negative, in other words anything that makes you feel frightened or anxious.  Then identify these thoughts and go ahead and replace them with some realistic positive thoughts.  Don't worry yourself until you make yourself sick by constantly reminding yourself about failure tell yourself that things will turn out awesome!
