A Prayer to Release Anxiety and Find Rest
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts that feel overwhelmed and burdened. You know every worry, every fear, and every anxious thought that weighs on our minds. Today, we choose to place them into Your loving hands. Replace our anxiety with Your peace, our uncertainty with Your wisdom, and our fear with unwavering trust. Help us remember that we do not have to carry every burden alone because You are always with us. Calm our restless hearts, quiet our racing thoughts, and fill us with the assurance that You are working for our good even when we cannot see the way ahead. Teach us to rest in Your presence, knowing that Your love never fails and Your faithfulness never ends.
Thank You for being our refuge, our strength, and our everlasting peace
